My experience at Vertu Hyundai Silverlink

Vertu Hyundai Silverlink staff were good because of the experience Geoff offered during the sales process. However, where this site falls short is the service desk. I thought there was something wrong with my car due to turbo lag causing my car to be staggered moving off, as well as constant intermittent beeping, so I brought it back to be checked. No fault was found with the car and no explanation was offered and so I’ve had to do my own research as to what some of my issues could be. I could look past the service desk not being able to explain these issues but today when I came to collect my car, I was late to work due to my car being blocked in, and on top of that I had opted for Hyundai to clean my car whilst being checked over. I came back to discover my car was absolutely caked in bird crap and that it had not been cleaned at all, so I’ve actually picked my car up in a filthy state compared to when I dropped it off. Thankfully I don’t think this has harmed the paintwork but when you have offered me to pay to have my car cleaned, this was really disappointing.
